 Annual Concours
The Old Mill at Baginton
7.30pm Onwards
Text Box: Please come along to what should be a good night and if you have any influence over the weather please use it!

This has long been one of the events that people look forward to, so let’s try and make it one of the best events of the year.  The Old Mill at Baginton is a first class venue and they are looking forward to having us there.  They offer an excellent menu should you wish to eat.  We shall have a complete car park to ourselves, so that will be a real advantage and if we like the venue and consider it a success we shall return again next

year.  There will classes for all Jaguars, both old and new and do not be concerned if you don’t think that your car is worthy of a Concours, we have a Class called Pride of Ownership for regularly used cars that may not be in perfect condition.  The trophies will be especially good this year being made of glass and similar to those awarded at Jaguar Day in the Midlands.  Entry to the event will be £4 per car to cover the excellent trophies, and you may be surprised, a lot of people have entered thinking that they don’t stand a chance and have walked away with trophy.

The Old Mill is a destination food house in the small village of Baginton. The pub is entered in the Doomsday Book.  In 1545, when it was a Mill, it belonged to Francis Goodair and in the 1940's it was described in the Daily Telegraph as being one of the most interesting local dwellings in the country!  Food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards  there is an extensive choice of quality wines, traditional and new world, or a good selection of real ales if preferred.
